A Stay for EVERYONE - 5,000 sq ft home with pool on 5+ acres of wooded privacy. The 5 bedrooms includes two on the first floor. Gated parking for 5 vehicles. There are 3 spacious living areas, 2 dining rooms and 3 patios.

If you wish to book for more than 8 guests you will need to get host approval before booking. ✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced. ✹Security Deposit of $500 is required before check in. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out if no loss, damage or excessive cleaning is required. ✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. Buda, known as the "Outdoor Capital of Texas," is one of Austin’s fastest growing suburbs. Pronounced "Byoo-duh" like the word beautiful, is abundant with natural beauty and public parks, a historic downtown with locally owned restaurants and shops, and a charming, small-town feel. For over 25 years, the Weiner Dog Races, put on by the Buda Lion's Club , has drawn thousands of visitors along with their canines to celebrate a weekend of pets in a costume parade and races to find the fastest Weiner in Texas! There’s usually an event happening in town to check out, from the Farmers Market on Sundays to Arts in the Park in summertime. We had an amazing stay at Marian’s home! We were a group of 12 friends in town for a tubing trip, and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house is beautiful—spacious, warm, and welcoming. The pictures truly don’t do it justice! The tall ceilings, large rooms, and big kitchen made it so easy and comfortable for all of us to hang out and enjoy our time together. Marian was incredibly communicative and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. I had a small issue opening one of the doors, and she responded right away and helped me troubleshoot it without any stress. The home was also fully stocked with everything we needed—pots, pans, grilling utensils, pool floats, pool towels, bath towels—you name it, it was there! We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you, Marian, for helping make our trip so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

What a fantastic place. I have an annual reunion with friends and we have tried a few locations before. This was our favorite by far! We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and organized for all our cooking and snacking needs. As a frequent user of vacation rentals I loved that everything was labeled right down to the light switches. No having to guess what switch controlled what! The house is full of character and was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds, sheets and pillows. We loved sitting in the cozy living room and on the back patio. The pool was also spotless and we had a great time floating. Any questions we had, Marian was quick to reply to! Love our stay and this property. Thanks for having us and hope to be back next year!

Thank you so much Marian for hosting us in your lovely home! We were in town for my son’s wedding, the home was an amazing stay for our big family. Very private and clean. Marian was very attentive and very accommodating to all our needs. The location was perfectly situated for all our events. The pool was so nice to get into during the hot days. We’d definitely would stay again if we ever returned to Texas! We couldn’t have asked for better.

The purpose of our trip to Marion‘s house was to spend quality time with our four grandchildren as we live out of the country. There is so much to do at this place, that there is no need to go sightseeing. The pool is a perfect size and the kids were out there every day. Marion provided plenty of beach towels, and there was even a supply of sunscreen products. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms consisting of good mattresses. The electronics were easy to use compared to some of the other places we’ve stayed at. The kitchen was fully equipped. Although there were only six of us, we could’ve probably had other family members there and still been very comfortable in the house. Marion did an excellent job of sharing what was available at the house and messaging us to make sure we were doing OK and did not need anything. We will definitely want to take advantage of this great listing again.

Marian is amazing, just the sweetest thing. She is so passionate about her home and provided such a memorable place for our families to land. It was so comfortable, incredibly beautiful, our pool days were perfect and we had so much kitchen space to cook and congregate. Magical memories were made!!

Could not have been happier about selecting Marian's place to host a weekend retreat for some friends and family. You can tell people actually lived here (and it wasn't just some investment/rental property), as the kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you'd need to cook and every little detail (like pool toys or sunscreen for hanging out in the backyard) was provided. Bonus points for how kid-friendly the place was, as I didn't realize that upon booking. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This home was exactly what was promised and more. I've never been to a place so well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possible need, including some coffee and water. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. For a home built in the mid 90's, it has held up very well. The pool was sparkling, the grass was green, and it was very nicely landscaped. We had plenty of room for our group of 10, and we like to spread out. Marian quickly answered all two of our questions. We only had two because everything was good to go. We would love to come back to this home another time.

This was our fourth time coming to Texas from around the country to spend time together and eat BBQ. Marian's place was far and away the best location we have had the pleasure to rent for a week. It is to close everything (15 to 30min driving to groceries or various food locations), had ample room for sleeping, eating, preparing food and most of all tables for playing games. We are already talking about next year and hope to book again.

Marian was a fantastic host! Her communication was excellent, and she provided clear and detailed instructions on everything we needed during our stay. The space was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a perfect getaway for our group. She made the entire process easy, from check-in to checkout, with thoughtful touches throughout the home.
