Buda, known as the "Outdoor Capital of Texas," is one of Austin’s fastest growing suburbs. Pronounced "Byoo-duh" like the word beautiful, is abundant with natural beauty and public parks, a historic downtown with locally owned restaurants and shops, and a charming, small-town feel. For over 25 years, the Weiner Dog Races, put on by the Buda Lion's Club , has drawn thousands of visitors along with their canines to celebrate a weekend of pets in a costume parade and races to find the fastest Weiner in Texas! There’s usually an event happening in town to check out, from the Farmers Market on Sundays to Arts in the Park in summertime. Marian was extremely responsive and everything went smooth as silk. We loved the place and it worked out perfect for our large group. So many fun things to do at the house - Ping-Pong, pool, cornhole or just rest & relaxation. What a beautiful spot! We felt like we were in a mansion.

We came to Austin for my son’s destination wedding and had many guests staying with us. Walking in felt very luxurious yet comfortable. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and there was plenty of seating for all when we were lounging around. The Amenities in the kitchen were the best we’ve ever seen in an air bnb. Every time we cooked it was like being at home. And I very much appreciated things like spices and honey in the cupboard! On Sunday we had extra guests for a bbq and the pool, corn hole and ping pong table were so great for people to hang out. Terrific stay!

Milestone birthday gathering for a ladies weekend. Close by car to grocery, coffee spots, parks. Pool and porch were the central gathering spot for the day, large area in the living room perfect for playing games. Plenty of seats for dining, fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and pan you need. Plenty of plates, silverware, etc. Great place to make memories.

We were there for a wedding and it was a very nice house to relax and chill with friends an family. Very spacious with also 3 'living' rooms and 2 large eating tables. Swimming pool is not heated but one you're in it is actually very nice. All closets and cupboards are full of handy stuff, games, books, etc. More than you'll ever need so there is no need to bring anything with you except your own clothes! There is a very large fridge, oven, microwave, coffeemaker (+coffee), washer, dryer, clothes steamer, good Wi-Fi, large TV screens. Even liquor, mosquito repellent, tape and batteries. Just too much stuff to mention. Exploring all the closets is an adventure!

We booked Marian's house for our first leg of a Texas trip we were doing, we looked through the listing and pictures and fell in love instantly, the pictures don't do it justice though. When we got there we couldn't be more amazed with the House, beautiful exterior and traditionally decorated and furnished inside. great location only a 20-30 minute drive from Austin airport and yet still maintaining great privacy making it great if you just want to have a relaxing day by the pool. The house was clean and tidy and very well equipped we couldn't find anything we needed that the house didn't have, from board games to cooking and cleaning supplies it had everything you could need. We can't recommend Marian's place enough and would certainly stop again if we go back to Texas.
