There are 3 spacious living areas, 2 dining rooms and 3 patios.

✹ 8 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY. If you wish to book for more than 8 guests you will need to get host approval before booking. ✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced. ✹Security Deposit of $500 is required before check in. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out if no loss, damage or excessive cleaning is required. ✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
